The fields of greater application of Data Mining functionality are those related to the identification of abuse, trafficking and abnormal variations and unauthorized configuration of PBX.
Screening of PBX configuration: it consists in the generation of periodic reports to monitor daily, weekly, monthly or bimonthly, the configuration of PBX, whether were introduced new lines or internal, if all lines are used and therefore are operational, or if the number of lines is appropriate to traffic handled by PBX.
Traffic abuse: it consists in generating periodic reports able to assess, for example, generate traffic to a specific list of "forbidden" numbers, or the passing of a certain volume of traffic by an extension or group of extensions, highlighting abnormal situations or abuse.
Variations abnormal traffic: it consists in generating periodic reports able to assess changes in the volume or distribution of traffic, beyond a certain threshold, highlighting abnormal situations or not provided.
For each feature, as often stated, will run a constant control on the data collected.
Reports will be generated only when the conditions provided by the Data Mining are verified and will be saved on the server or transmitted automatically by e-mail at the personnel.
